Sierra Condos is a 75 unit townhome style A class apartment community located near the campus of Texas A&M University. We purchased this property November 2021 off market through a broker relationship. The previous owners were a mom and pop who were focused on keeping occupancy at 100% and therefore not pushing rents. We were able to take over the property and implement professional management and marketing which has resulted in a large increase in value for this property as well as a solid level of cash flow for an A- asset.
